How To Remove Acne Permanently
Acne pertains to pimples, whiteheads and blackheads that often grow in a person face. This problem is prevalent during the teenage years. However, this could come out at any age. You might wonder how to get rid of acne. You can follow these steps in doing so:
Remove the clogging in pores by applying salicylic acid. Acne is made when keratin and sebum combines in pores. Salicylic can loosen the keratin and remove the plug. Make use of sunblock together with the acid since the skin is prone to UV light irritation around this time.
Do not wash your face constantly when using salicylic acid. This can cause irritation to the skin similar to frequent washing of brown boots. The more you wash the more dead skin is created and you become prone to acne.
Eliminate the bacteria that worsens the acne. Bacteria is a natural part of body. A bacterium called Propionibacterium acnes can be harmless. However, if it grows out of proportion due to the clogged skin then chemicals would break the wall of pores and create a pimple. If you eliminate these bacteria, you can eliminate acne.
To eradicate the bacteria, you could use soap, gel or cream that contains benzoyl peroxide twice a day. Benzoyl peroxide is very effective against Propionibacterium acnes. Do not be too liberal in using the solution because it can irritate and make your skin sensitive.
When using this product you should complement it with a non-comedogenic moisturizer. This can prevent skin irritation. If irritation still occurs then just get a lower dosage of benzoyl peroxide. Use the solution carefully as this has bleaching process that affect the hair and fabrics like a brown boot.
Use products with triclosan or chlorhexidine gluconate content. This chemical is also capable of eradicating Propionibacterium acnes. They are not as effective as benzoyl peroxide. However, they do not cause skin irritations. You should also use clove oil. This oil is another effective antidote against Propionibacterium acnes.
The ideal solution for acne treatment is 5 percent sulfur and 10 percent sodium sulfacetamide. This chemicals can reduce acne without any side effects. Sulfur is keratolytic which shows properties like salicylic acid.
Use the treatment regularly. Acne medications do not show results immediately. Often, you can notice a marked improvement in two to eight weeks. Make sure that you continue the routine.
Upon first application of these solutions, you might notice your acne breaking out. Do not be alarmed. This is normal. What happened is the skin is regenerating faster. That is why, acne pimples that are once hidden would show. When acne comes out, do not let go of the medications. Wait until this phase passes.
