Cure Acne With Products Right From Your Kitchen Or Bathroom

Many people who are victims of mild to moderate acne are on a tight budget. If you are one of them then why wasteyour money on over-the-counter acne medications? There are some common all natural household foods in your kitchen right now that have antibacterial properties. While none of them is really a permanent acne cure, they have been found to be beneficial as acne treatments. For a more complete discussion of your options, go to Acne Redness Cure.

Honey

Acne is caused by bacteria which grow under the skin when the skin pores are clogged by excess oil. Honey has anti-inflammatory properties which can reduce acne redness and irritation, and it has antibacterial properties which attack the bacteria. Mixing honey with other antibacterial foods such as apples or cinnamon into a facial mask has been found to be quite effective for many people. Apply the facial mask at least once a day for at least 10 minutes.

Vitamins, Citric Acid, Oatmeal -

All of these items have different antibacterial properties that are useful in fighting acne. Citric acid is found in such items as lemon juice, orange peels, sliced tomato and raw papaya. Vitamin B6, Vitamin A and oatmeal all have anti-acne properties as well. Many people have had success with a facial mask made from oatmeal mixed with milk, or oatmeal mixed with rosewater.

Tea Tree Oil -

Okay, this particular acne home remedy may not be sitting on a shelf in you kitchen, but it is easy to obtain at the nearest health food store. Tea tree oil contains antibacterial and anti-fungal agents and it is useful in treating a wide variety of medical problems. These include athlete’s foot, gingivitis, sunburn, warts and blisters, in addition to acne. Purchase it in its pure form, place no more than 2 or 3 drops on a cotton ball and apply it to the affected area 2 or 3 times a day.

All of these acne treatments are natural common products, but they require months of daily treatment and they may not result in a permanent acne cure. There are products readily available without a doctor’s prescription that contain natural ingredients that can cure your acne from the inside out. For a FREE BOTTLE, go to Permanent Acne cure.
