Acne Cyst: Avoid These Mistakes And Heal Your Skin
If you want the truth about what causes acne and acne cysts be prepared to do some self reflection and make some changes in your daily life, because the problem lies deep beneath the surface. It is not skin deep, as they say.
Life In The Fast Lane
It is one major factor of most skin disorders. Eating on the road- that egg Mcmuffin or breakfast burrito as you rush off to work because you had no time to prepare a wholesome breakfast. An again for lunch, because there was no time to make that either before leaving. And one morning, you wake up with a few nice acne cysts staring back at you.
These days we are eating so much processed foods that are filled with preservatives and chemicals it is no surprise that acne is becoming a problem for more adults. It has never been directed at just teenagers, but skin problems are on the rise in the adult population.
When the liver and kidneys are overpowered with toxic waste, this is when it will rise to the surface and cause acne cysts. Our skin is the largest organ we have, and it is working over-time to dispel this waste. How can we help it do its job?
Drinking Water Is Step One
If you do not drink enough pure water every day, your skin will suffer for it, and more acne cysts will develop. Drink at least eight glasses of water every day as recommended by any physician.
Changing The Diet
If being rushed in the morning leaves you with a quick stop at the drive-thru, why not try this: cut up some fruit the night before and put it in a container. An all fruit breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day. You will have so much more energy and your body will be getting the vitamins and antioxidants it craves. Same thing for lunch. By getting into the habit of fixing something before retiring for the night, there is no need to miss a good meal. I prefer fruit and yogurt. Not everyone cares for yogurt, but the active cultures in it are very beneficial in many ways, including preventing acne cysts.
By eating more fruits and vegetables each day you are giving the body what it needs to heal your skin from the inside out. Green leafy vegetables are loaded with vitamin A. Avoid greasy, fatty foods as much as possible.
By making simple changes to the diet a noticeable improvement in the skin can be expected within a few days to a week. Try using a daily cucumber mask to speed up the healing process. Blend one cucumber and smooth over the face. Let it sit for one half an hour. Do this each day. Try eating some each day too, and you will no longer worry about acne or acne cysts.
